Movement of Dangerous cargoes are subject to prior approvals from Carriers and regulations in countries the goods will pass through
⇒ Should I insure my cargo?
We highly recommend Marine or Goods-in-transit insurance to protect the value of goods from transport hazards.
⇒ How much will duties and taxes be on my shipment?
Barring controlled items like Tobacco, UAE charges a flat customs duty of 5% of the CIF value on all imports. Other countries would have their own duty structure and regulations.
⇒ Does size matter for air shipment?
Chargeable weight of an air shipment is equivalent to either the Gross weight or Volumetric weight [(L x W x H) in cms/6000], whichever is higher
⇒ What is the maximum size or weight?
Depends on the type of aircraft available for a destination, please check with us at the time of booking
⇒ What are some of the destination charges?
Destination charges vary depending on mode of transport, carrier and country of destination. Usually Delivery Order and Terminal Handling charges would form part of the destination charges. Customs Documentation and transportation would be some other charges.

We accept modes of payment i.e. Cash, Cheque (for regular approved customers) or Credit Card

Varies on chosen mode of transport, available service and space at the time of booking, and distance to destination
⇒ Do I have to deal with Customs when shipping internationally?
We offer Customs Brokerage at Origin and Destination, if requested, although the contents of the shipment and provision of appropriate documentation, is the responsibility of the shipper and consignee at origin and destination respectively.
⇒ Can I pack a few personal items in with my business shipment?
We do not recommend mixing personal items with business shipments to avoid regulatory and handling issues.
⇒ What documents do I need when exporting my shipment?
For exports from the UAE, the shipper must provide the Original Commercial Invoice, packing list, Dangerous Goods/NON-DG undertaking, Completed Shipper’s letter of Instructions, MSDS in case of Hazardous/Dangerous/IMCO cargoes and the shipper’s Import/Export Code.
